Webdesign & Webmastering for Poets, Writers & the Arts

Denise can design a website for you that's built to showcase your creative work. It's a great way to share your words with the world, announce news, readings & events, interact with your readers, and perhaps sell a few books.

Not a writer or artist? That's cool, too.

We don't only design sites for literary folk - we are glad to work with other creative people, non-profits, and small businesses of all stripes. And, we've been doing it since 2000 so have the experience to do it right.

What We Can Do For You

one-page custom-designed website

Just need a place to share (for example) a poem or two, your contact information, brief bio & some news? A one-page website may be just what you need.

Depending upon the type of design, a one-page website runs about $200-349. Since every site is custom designed and has unique requirements, please email me for a custom quote for your new website.

The site will be custom-designed to reflect your personal style, and the theme of your work. I'll work closely with you to give you a beautiful, effective website.

Two page websites are available at slight extra cost.

larger, full-featured custom websites

To really showcase the extent of your work, a 5-10 (or larger) website will let you stretch out and share larger amounts of your work, mp3s, and photos, sell books or CDs, publish a longer bio, share scheduled events, reviews, news, links, and whatever else you'd like.

Your new website will be designed with your needs & desires in mind, to present you & your work in the best possible light.

Most design packages also include webhosting, email accounts, detailed website statistics, website promotion & more.

Extra features such as a blog, discussion forum, or mailing list can also be added. There are many possibilities.

How much does it cost? Well, it depends. It's a bit like buying a car - the cost depends on your budget and the features you're looking for.

As an example, a simple 5-7 page website (mostly text with a few photos) often runs about $495-550. But your site is unique in its needs, so I'll give you a quote based upon your particular requirements & desires. And, if you're on a budget, do let me know what it is - I can come likely come up with a solution to fit.

I will also do some basic promotion of your website. And, all sites I design are optimized to be easily found on Google & the other search engines.

How long does it take?

Well, that depends. Average is 2-3 weeks. It all depends on our current workload.
